Due to an increase in fraudulent credit card transactions by scammers, we are no longer accepting Credit Card payment for STEAM Wallet Gift Cards. The only online payment option is through ONLINE BANKING or MOBILE BANKING via any of the major banks in T&T (same bank to same bank). Same bank transactions take place within minutes and we are able to verify receipt of funds immediately, which in turn allows us to send you your digital code within 5 mins.

Your digital code will be sent directly to you via one or more of the following communication channels of your choice: Whatsapp, Telegram, Text Message or email. However, before delivery, you must send an electronic receipt, screenshot, or clear picture of your completed online banking transaction to Next-Gen Gaming (278-3896) through the same channels above.

Once payment is successfully confirmed, your Steam wallet GC digital code will be processed and immediately sent to you (between the hours of 7:00 am – 12:00 midnight each day).

NOTE: Once the digital code has been sent to you via Whatsapp, Telegram, Text Message or email, your purchase is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How do I add funds to my Steam Wallet?

Add funds via Steam:

·       Log in to your Steam account.

·       Click your profile name in the upper right hand corner and select Account Details.

·       Click on "+Add funds to your Steam Wallet" to select an amount and proceed to checkout.

·       Add funds via Steam Wallet Codes:

Depending on where you live, you can find physical Steam Wallet cards that contain codes which can be redeemed into your Steam account at many electronics retailers, convenience stores, game stores and grocery stores. You can also purchase Steam Wallet codes printed directly on a receipt or delivered via SMS/text message or email through various kiosks, cyber cafes and local eCommerce websites.

How do I redeem a Steam Wallet Code?

Ø Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode and sign in if you aren't already. You will need to create a Steam account if you do not already have one.

Ø Once logged into Steam, please enter your unique Wallet code that you received into the "Steam Wallet Code" field.

Ø Click "Continue" to redeem the credit onto your account. Note: If you have never used Steam Wallet credit on your account, you may be prompted to enter your current address to determine the correct currency.

Ø The value of the Steam Wallet code will be added to your account's Steam Wallet balance. The current available balance will be listed in the upper right hand corner below your profile name.

Ø When in the "Review + Purchase" step during checkout click "My Steam Wallet" as a payment method. The cost of the item you purchase and the associated tax will be deducted from your wallet funds.
